šļø As Founding BizOps, youāll have the opportunity to:
- Work with the business team and founders to define company-wide priorities and targets
- Develop and execute strategies for go-to-market, operations, and customer experience
- Meet with key partners to pitch Column Tax and acquire users at scale
- Jump in and solve problems across the product & business (we're all owners at Column Tax)
- Run research studies and pilots with Column Tax customers
š» About you:
- You have experience in BizOps, Strategy, Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, or Business Development for a B2C product or B2B API product
- You have experience working on go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and growth
- You have strong written and oral communication skills
- You are a creative problem solver who can think outside the box
- You get excited about doing the little things needed to enable product growth
- You are able to handle ambiguity & change
